04 What are standard mass production lead times and shipping capabilities?
Mass production generally requires 20–30 business days following master sample approval, scaling with volume and structural complexity. We support worldwide delivery under FOB, CIF, or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms via air and ocean freight, handling export customs clearance smoothly.
05 Do you provide eco-friendly, plastic-free, or food-contact compliant options?
Yes. We actively engineer sustainable solutions utilizing FSC-certified greyboards, biodegradable molded pulp trays, and soy-based inks. For gourmet chocolates, tea, or confectionery, we source barrier papers and interior linings certified under EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and US FDA standards.
06 Which HS code is used for customs clearance when importing rigid paper gift boxes?
Rigid gift boxes, collapsible presentation cartons, and luxury printed paper packaging are primarily declared under HS Code 4819.20.00 (folding cartons, boxes and cases, of non-corrugated paperboard) or 4819.50.00 (other packaging containers).
